Team Coaching
Team coaching always includes individual coaching sessions for each team member. Only when individuals have clarity about their own interests, values, and needs can true team cohesion be developed.
We work specifically on strengthening the team’s collaboration, performance, and communication. To achieve this, we make individual roles visible and explore the ideal versus the current state of collaboration. Together, we then develop solutions that take both individual and team interests into account and are grounded in the team’s shared values.
