Our leadership training, team building, or kids' activities with horses are ideal for groups of 4 to 20 people. For larger teams, we can organize the team event in several groups, either simultaneously or consecutively.

Whether in individual coaching or team training, no one has to do anything that makes them feel uncomfortable. How are the horses at SaddleUp Coaching kept?

The welfare of our horses is our top priority. Our coaching horses live in species-appropriate conditions with plenty of exercise and social contact within the herd. They spend most of their time outside in the pastures and paddocks, where they can engage in their natural behavior. Each horse receives an individual feeding and exercise plan. These natural living conditions ensure that the horses are well-balanced and motivated—the ideal prerequisite for horse-assisted coaching, team building, and training with horses.

What hotels do you recommend in the region?

We work with several selected hotels in the region and can recommend different options depending on your preferred level of comfort. As hotels tend to fill up quickly, especially during the summer months, we recommend getting in touch with us well in advance.

Do you also have a seminar room at the farm?

Yes, we have our own seminar room directly at the farm, with space for up to 8 people. For larger groups, we work with selected partners in the region. This includes seminar and conference facilities located just around 5 minutes from the farm.

We offer specific formats, for example in the area of team building. Beyond that, we tailor our coaching formats to the individual needs and goals of each client. Depending on the topics that are currently most relevant to you, we address them together with our co coaches in a systemic coaching approach. Whether the focus is on communication, collaboration, self-efficacy, leadership, or other topics, we would be happy to explore this with you and find the right focus for your team.
