Coaching with horses?
In horse-assisted coaching, horses serve as our co-coaches. As flight and herd animals, horses have an extraordinary sensitivity. They observe everything in their environment and notice every small change in body language. They reflect what is inside us and give us the chance for a completely new experience. The horse brings us into contact with our emotions, intuitions and thought patterns. They always give us unbiased and authentic feedback. This allows us to develop our potential and encourages us to try new things.

For everyone who is open for changes in life.
Experiencing new impulses and developing own solutions accompanied by the coaches. Even without horse knowledge, horse coaching is an enriching and effective process.
No horse or riding skills are required.

Horse-assisted coaching is a scientifically tested method with positive effects. In addition to the proven mirror effects, horses have an emotionally opening effect and motivate action. They do not follow trained behaviors, but have been proven to react individually to people. Coaching with horses shows considerable success in finding solutions and being effective. ¹ Feel these effects and try it out with us!

Pre-Talk

HorseTime & Coaching
In a short pre-talk we get to know each other, answer your questions and give you information about the horse-assisted coaching process.
At the beginning we work together on your personal coaching goal.
The coach will give you an exercise with the horses that fits individually to your goal.
In the following HorseTime you will experience the "mirror power" of the horses, which make your emotions visible.
Reflection & Transfer
You reflect on your experience with the horses and transfer it to everyday life. The coach supports you in developing solutions and taking the first steps. A video analysis provides a neutral view of the interaction with the horses.
